MPD Digital K-8 18 feet Single Antenna Coax Cable W/ PL259 to 2 LUGS CB Radio Antenna Coax

This coax is good quality and functional. I got a great antenna tune using it. The only issues I had were with the ground connection. It was difficult to get the ground connection to reach the bolt on my mount with the main coax on the antenna stud. The wire terminal was also just barely big enough to force around the bolt. neither of theses issues are a fault on the cable itself, just compatibility with my antenna mount.

After 20 years, I got back into CB radios mainly because my new radio receives weather channels also. Weather is becomeing an issue in the southwest as well as in other areas who did not have tornados before. I travel in an RV and want to keep up with the weather in the spring especially. I have ordered several items made by FireStik and they are first rate and most important they are made in the USA. Yes I said the USA, NOT China. ALWAYS buy products made here when you have a choice, they are better and you support America, NOT a foreign country. Thank you FireStik.

This worked well with my ProComm Heavy-Duty 3" Ball-Mount with Barrel Spring I ordered on here. It set me back about $25 all said and done but it was the only item that matched my exact needs. It was plenty long enough to mount my antenna at the back of the SUV, run the wire along the frame, pull the cable through the firewall and hook up my CB in the dash of the vehicle.

A perfect cable for my hd ball mount, need terminals on one end not screws on both. Couldn't be simplier.

I love this cable, it attaches to the antenna in a low profile mannor. with other cables, I'm always affraid it will get snagged while off roading and tear everything up. this connects through the end of the cable, allowing for a lower cable profile on the exterior of the rig. It makes for a cleaner looking install.

The pl connector has no threads on it cannot screw into radio. It’s like they didn’t mil them into the barrel. Just smith on the inside. Would not buy again.

This is soo useful if you want to run the cable yourself and connect to a old school ball mount. Excellent product, works well. It gives a clear signal without picking up outside chatter or noises. Great product. I've used 4 of them now, for 4 different off roading rigs.. No problems, works Great!!

Installed new CB radio in a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. CB was mounted by 4x4 shift stick and the coax cable was run under the carpet, to the tail gate and out to the antenna mounted by the spare tire. Cable was just the right length.
