Anyone have an issue after replacing brush it is really loud?

Yes it is crazy loud and the brush head has excessive vibration.

In the listing you have it as "Compare to # 917391-01" but description say's 917391-03. I was wondering which is the correct part number?

This particular replacement is the "same as" the original dyson part . That's why it says "compare to ....-01" which is the dyson part number. This one works as well as the original part.
