The Fiskars Pro line is generally good quality add this knife is no exception. Key feature that sets this apart from other folding type utility knives is the blade retention. It is absolutely solid on this knife and the blades do not pull out under any conditions. For that feature alone, the night is highly recommended.

I've owned 3 of these knives. I will not own a different knife until they stop making this one! I'm a drywall contractor and this knife is the most comfortable while ripping and feel In my hand. The blade holder inside the east open handle is a must have for me!! Best knife if found for drywall

This is going into a drawer incase my current one (2-3 years old) goes missing on job site. I think this is the perfect combination of convenient and rugged. Since the blade doesn’t have a mechanism to slide out or an extra blade compartment that swings or slides out of the body, there is very little that can break. The blade cover is rugged. The toolless blade changes are simple and fast and you can store 5-7 blades inside the handle. In my mind the perfect carpet knife. You must get in the habit of covering the blade. Just a push and “fling”…very easy, but something new to remember to do before putting it in your pocket or pouch.

I'll never be a fan of the grip rubber Fiskars uses. For what ever reason, it always degrades after a year or more. It gets gummy and wears away at a decreasing rate. Other than that Fiskars make good tools.

Nice grip. Solidly made. The protective sheath is not easy to apply after use.

Best knife known to man kind My original one that I still use daily as a carpenter has been going strong for over 5 years. I just bought another one because I misplaced the original and no other knife could come close to replacing this. I luckily found the original so now I have two. Highly recommend

I highly recommend this Fiskars flip up guard knife. I’ve bought 5 of them & don’t own a folding razor anymore.

Good knife for my needs. My complaint is that Amazon seems to have sent me a previously returned item. Packaging has been cut and the handle is a bit dirty. I don’t plan to return it because I need it and it seems to be in working condition nor do want someone else to get an opened item but I am disappointed

Excellent tool.

First product I bought was broken (screw that tightens the tool). I places a replacement request and got it on time. New one is working great. Only reason for the 4-star review is the screw seems to be made of plastic and I’m not confident it will last long time. But we’re giving it a try. So far it looks great and husband like it!

The guard protecting the blade is easily undone by an accidental push in ones pocket. The overall ergonomics are excellent and the weighting and balance are also excellent. It is unfortunate that the blade guard is so poorly designed. Not recommended, there are much better, and safer designs at a lower price available.
