Worst design -- please do not buy this
Returned. Straps are too short. Pull it too tight to get it to fit. Then the velcro is too small, so it won't stay on very long since it was pulled too tight.

Small and doesn't work for me
I don't have a very big head, but this barely fit and only half the velcro was actually on the straps. If you have a bigger head, this won't fit you. With that said, I was able to get it on (barely) but it didn't work at all. My wife had to hit me in the middle of the night to get me to stop snoring and said it was worse than normal. I'm not sure if it's just a bad product or if my case just won't work with these types of straps, but I'm going to give one other strap a try to find out. In any case, this one is getting returned.

Unbelieveable bad
The Velcro area is to small to hold strap together. The engineering design is horrible in trying to get right balance/location between top of head and chin is impossible to achieve. I am stuck with this or rather the local landfill will be. It's useless.
