I used this cream hardener with 3M all purpose filler to create A hard, smooth surface around A built-in claw-foot bathtub. You only have A 5 minute work time after mixing so I had to do it in sections. It can be shaped by shaving with A putty knife right after the 5 minutes before full hardening. Once fully hard, it can be sanded. I suggest wearing A respirator if sanding. I'm really pleased with the final results. Time will tell how long it holds up. I'm confident about the strength, it gets hard as A rock with great adhesion .

It's not rocket science to make cream hardner for Bondo but, WHITE is a terrible color to use when mixing it with grey filler. It's so hard to tell when it's fully mixed that it starts setting up too fast to use it. RED is the only color to use for cream hardner, period.

don't waste your bondo because you use a lot of cream hardner! I have to add a lot of extra cream when I'm working in situations working on TV and Film productions where time is of the essence. A lot of bondo gets wasted because they are sold with very little cream hardner. Now I have a company selling this amazing cream for a reasonable price and it's the good stuff! Thanks so much yall!

I like the extra material It seem there is not enough hardener in the tube i received from the Bondo company. I think the quality in the lager tube is a great upgrade The hardener comes out like toothpaste instead of water then a thicker Paste after opening the one from the that came in the can

It's Bondo hardener. What else is there to say? This stuff is blue instead of the red I'm used to. And I use it at work on some other non-Bondo branded product but this works well on it.

Like : my female carpenter told me this was the product needed to repair a blade in a large shutter i had in condo. I bought it. She then DID rrpair the shutter blade.

I bought this with some Bondo that I was buying based on Amazon's recommendation. As soon as the Bondo came in I realized that the Bondo came with its own hardener. I tried to return this, but instead of being able to return this product I am redirected to a FAQ page. Product is in original package unopened. I'm giving it a one star although there is nothing wrong with the product this is purely a reflection of being unable to return it and the bad product description not making it clear that the Bondo I bought came with its own hardener.
