Not for heavy use
These are fairly low quality bungee cords. I use them for securing my bike panniers. They haven't seen much abuse but they've already stretched the point of almost snapping.

Bungey
It's a bungey cord! It works great - have had it 5 months and it still stretches fine and does what it's supposed to. We use it on a dolly to transport stuff, and have never had a problem.

Really cheap cheap bungee cords
These are the cheapest bungee cords I have ever seen. If I had seen them in person I would have never made the purchase.
