Dental probiotics were recommended to me by my new hygienist last winter and they've been game changer in mouth and overall dental health. This is not a probiotic for your gut. It's simply for the health of your teeth and mouth and consistency is crucial. There is another popular brand that's geared more toward those with complex periodontal disorders but this has helped (me) with the following: staining, tartar build up, tonsil stones from occasional acid reflux, breath scent both in the morning and throughout the day, zero sinus infections, no allergies this year so far, retaining a lighter color to my teeth despite my love of morning coffee and occasional high tannin red wine (both of those always stained my already enamel compromised teeth to the point of embarrassment and it would happen within days of my cleanings) but not anymore! I've been using these since December 2025, every single night, within an hour or two of brushing my teeth and do not drink anything after it's dissolved other than water, if I absolutely have to. I also make sure it's dissolved before any of my nighttime dental appliances go in. I've received better feedback at each cleaning than the last and I go 4 times a year. The most significant to me, is the lack of staining and better breath and to be honest, everything is just better in my mouth since using these. The taste is a bit funky as noted in other reviews but it doesn't both me because it's worth it.

I started using it first about a half hour after brushing my teeth for the night. A few days later, my mouth felt great and small aches, pangs, or discomfort with teeth, tongue, or gums disappeared. Then my husband started using it when he wanted to postpone a dentist visit about discomfort with a tooth he thought might have to be pulled. Soon, that tooth stopped being a problem and remains fine a year into his starting to use ProBiora. We now both use it a few nights a week. The mint leaves the morning mouth fresh feeling when you wake up. When my senior cat started having smell issues from her saliva as she cleaned her ears and uncomfortable dark saliva after treatment with ear mites in ear, I finally figured out the source of the bad smell on her head was the bad saliva from her mouth. I saw ProBiora had started selling its mircrobiome product for cats and dogs in two specially designed products for each. I bought the cat ProBiora which is a powder to sprinkle on cat's food. Her smell problems were gone in less than a week along with clean mouth and chin returning. She seems to chew better now, too This is a high quality product with relief from discomfort in mouth in a few days and value for money makes it usable by anyone. You let the human Probiora melt in your mouth or shew it and leave in mouth. I do this before going to sleep. It really is amazing to restore oral health instead of going through a lot of pain and cost for procedures to fix problems at the dentist or veterinarian.

I started using ProBiora Oral-Care Chewable Probiotic Tablets after my dental hygienist recommended them to help with gum inflammation. I have to say, I’m really impressed with the results. After consistently using the product, my gum inflammation has completely gone! At my last dental check-up, my dentist even commented on the noticeable improvement. The tablets are easy to take, and I love that they're chewable, which makes it simple to incorporate into my daily routine. The probiotics seem to work wonders for oral health, and I feel like my gums are healthier overall.

From using this product for 2 months I would say that it is effective. Hard to pinpoint, but my mouth feels good and my gums are strong. I had gum issues for a long time but discovering xylitol and more natural toothpastes seemed to help me. These oral probiotics seems to add that little extra. I did notice my teeth get a little whiter too. Nothing amazing, but just a little better. A lot of people complain about the taste. My first impressions was yucky too, but over 2 months, they did not bother me anymore. I cannot say that I liked it, it just did not bother me. One side benefit is that I noticed my digestion get a little better over time too. I won't go into details, but a minor positive change. Why I am trying another oral probiotic? Well this one only comes with two strains. From doing research, there seems to be other strains that are also beneficial to the mouth and considered key oral bacteria. This product does not have those. So I am trying a product that has 7 strains that includes the ones in this product and the other beneficial ones I read about. One nit. I hated the packaging. It is a pill bottle that comes in a box. The box is at least 2x the size of the bottle. Why even bother with the box? It is a complete waste and if you insist on having it, make it the size of the bottle to create less waste. For reference, my new oral probiotic came just in the bottle.

This product was recommended by my friend who is a dentist. I am someone who is predisposed to getting cavities easily even though I do all the right things. So I thought I'd give this a try. The tablets taste like cold stale mashed potatoes, even with a hint of mint... So I've decided to let them dissolve completely under my tongue to try to avoid the flavor as much as possible. Will update my review again once I've given it a few weeks.
