Can you use it for seafood boil? What would be a ratio? 1 pound of seafood and how much of the seasoning?

Absolutely!!  I can't give you an exact ratio because I'm in the "more is better camp" when it comes to Old Bay.  I cover the top of the water with Old Bay in my stock pan when I poach shrimp along with between 1- 1 1/2 Tablespoons of peppercorns and a lemon cut in half.

For a Shrimp Boil, we used 1  lb shrimp, 1/2 lb sliced andouille sausage, 1 lb baby red potatoes and 2 ears of corn, cut into chunks, juice of 1 lemon and 3 Tablespoons Old Bay and 3 Tablespoons of melted butter -salt & pepper to taste.

It also makes a great addition to cold shrimp salad.  Enjoy!!
