I’ve been taking BioAstin on and off for over 10 years and what I found is it accumulates in the system so after taking it for a month I noticed huge improvements with iHealth skin health, brain health, and even overall recovery. I bought Nutrex Hawaii Vegan BioAstin Hawaiian Astaxanthin hoping to support overall eye health, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how much it seems to have helped with my dry eyes. My eyes feel more comfortable and less dry since I started taking it. One important thing to clarify: this product does NOT make you tan. If you’re looking for a tanning supplement, this isn’t it. Astaxanthin is an antioxidant, and for me, the biggest noticeable benefit has been with dry-eye comfort. I’m happy with my experience so far and plan to keep taking it. As with any supplement, individual results can vary, but this has been a worthwhile addition for me.
