Works as expected
I was reluctant to buy this as I wasn't sure it would work as I lost my original AC adapter, but was pleasantly surprised that it did so as expected.

Exactly what I needed
Sony has the weirdo adapter plug and I have a cockatoo who loves electronic wires. Amazingly, my bff bird friend is still alive but my Blu-ray player met its match. Score another one for the cockatoo, another device without electricity. This did the trick. My blue-ray player is humming along again and Iโm doing my best to keep that powerful beak away from the back of my tv and every other thing that plugs into the wall. Arrived super fast in minimal packaging. Thank you!

Perfect Replacement
I was unsure of the problem with my older Sony Blu-Ray player, so I took a chance. It worked perfectly and was actually less bulky than the original. Less expensive than others too, but still good quality. Most happy my power issue is resolved!

Just what I needed
After accidentally tripping and falling on the power cord to the brand new DVD player I purchased, and thereby bending the prongs over so far that one broke off - this power cord was just the fix I needed. Came when expected and fit the DVD player perfectly.
