Fox Run Stainless Steel Mini Muffin & Cupcake Pan, 24 Mini Cups Baking Pan

When I say mini, I really mean it! They are tinny. Check the dimensions.I got it for the muffins and also to make a Brazilian cheese breads.I am yet to try it but upon initial inspection after arrival I willanswer you my own questions that I had before buying it...IS IT STAINLESS:============Since I really wanted stainless and nothing ..less then stain..less .. I am very happy to reportthat it indeed appear not to be aluminum but stainless steal and I know how to tell them apart.IS IT STONGLY BUILT:===============It feels that it is medium heavy, not super thin but does not feel hard as wood so I suppose invery high temps it would warp or could but I don't expect to ever go beyond 350 in this.I am sure this should do well and if it will warp a bit then so be it as I truly could not findanything better out there with minis and stainless at the same time. So we will see..DIMENSIONS:===========This mini muffins pan has the following dimensions : 10.5 x 13.75 x 1.5 inchesMy non standard countertop oven is kind of like a huge toaster size of a big microwave yet this pan still fits it perfectly.. here are my oven's interior dimensions to give you an idea: 15"W x 11-1/4"D so fits with still room to spare.

They are not non stick (which is fine) so you should use liners with the pan. I works great for the mini muffins I have been making lately.

This pan is perfect for making oat bites. They bake evenly and the pan doesn't warp. They clean and don't rust.

I was a bit hesitant to buy this based on other reviews but I have used it multiple times and love it. I enjoy that the item is smaller (fits in my cabinet much better than my old one), goes in the dishwasher with no issues and bakes well. I do use spray cooking oil every time and have no issues with sticking. My only slight issue is it isn't as solid as I expected but it honestly causes no issues. Highly recommend 👌

This pan bakes well. Muffins released without any issue. It cleaned easily as well. I just soaked and it came off without a lot of scrubbing. Did have to use my finger to get it out of the corners of bottom of each muffin. My only concern is if this is true stainless steel or if it is mixed with another metal. I always do the magnet test. The magnet does stick but it’s not strong. I tried asking this question but received no answers.

Very cheap material. Lightweight and seems flimsy. I sprayed the pan with Avocado oil and my muffins wouldn’t come out of the pan. It was a mess to clean and scratched trying to scrub it clean. Gave the pan another chance and the same exact issue. Tossed the pan in the trash after losing two baking batches. If you buy this pan make sure you also purchase mini muffin liners.

I wanted a mini cupcake pan that would not rust and selected this one. I was a little concerned because of some negative reviews but decided to risk it. Glad I did. This is a beautiful pan. Magnets do not stick to it which means that it is 300 Stainless Steel so it won't rust! The pan is a good weight and sturdy so it won't warp. I like the way metal conducts heat and gives cupcakes a better texture than silicone.Care instructions are on the paper on top so don't throw it out.

Lightweight and cute size for mini muffins in kids lunchboxes. Muffins came out of mould easy just greased with butter. Would recommend for anyone looking for low tox bakeware that isn't too pricey

This mini muffin tin arrived less than 24 hours after I ordered it. I was thrilled that it fit into my counter top convection\toaster oven....Anyways, I've already made "egg bites" or mini quiches for breakfast on the run. For easy cleaning, you need to use cooking spray or oil before filling the mini muffin tins. This item is too small for muffins or cupcakes, but amazing for "egg bites" .

Thicker than expected from this brand. Works well, minimal bending when hot. Apply a thin layer of oil to minimize sticking. When used a second time, reapply oil to avoid sticking again if you don't clean the pan in between batches and it did a good job. When oil was not applied a second time, it still didn't stick though didn't come out as cleanly as with oil. Would probably come out more easily if you let them cool down before trying to remove.To clean, if you wash it as soon as you remove the muffins, it cleans well. Using brush makes it easier to scrub leftover crumbs. Otherwise, soaking in hot water washes off decently well. Not as easy to clean as a non-stick muffin tin for obvious reasons but would still choose this over toxic non-stick. Only wish that they were a bit deeper, otherwise excellent choice especially with not many alternatives available.

Seems like fairly good quality

Unfortunately it's aluminum, not stainless steel. Beware if you're hoping to detox your bakeware, it isn't stainless steel.
