A good value. Workmanship is fair for inexpensive furniture. Looks good. Design is a bit off. The legs are flush with the back of the board so the padded section sticks forward about 3 inches. This means that the board will either hook over your mattress stack if it happens to be the right height or there will be a gap behind the mattress if the mattress stack is taller. Neither is ideal. Imo the legs should be flush with the front have sides the same width as the stuffed part that extend down to the floor covered with the same material so the mattress always sits in front of the board and there is no visible gap. Still, can't beat the price.The board come in 4 parts, the board the stretcher and the two legs, and requires some assembly. The legs ship inside the head board which is quite clever. The slot for one leg on my board was made wrong so that leg mounted at an angle to the back of the board. I shimmed it to straighten it out although possibly it wouldn't have really mattered. The instructions are clear. The bubble pack hardware kit provides the two hex keys and a small wrench you need to assemble it. The labeling on my bubble pack was upside down which made it a bit more confusing to match the parts to the instructions until I realized the problem. The provided outer slots in the legs matched my bedframe, a king size "Structures by Malouf® STEELOCK Super Duty Steel Wedge Lock Metal Bed Frame". The screws to attach it to the frame just fit the slots on the frame but had to be screwed through with the hex key. Note: You can buy adapter plates if the board does not match up to your frame.

This is not only a beautiful piece of furniture, but heavy and sturdy. We are very happy with this purchase.

headboard itself is fine--BUT--it is so puffy that it makes our mattress hangs over the boxspring at the foot of the bed by at least an inch and probably more and makes the whole bed look jury-rigged. would not buy this headboard again for this reason

Great piece of furniture for the price. it's solid and easy to put together. My only problem is that my mattress is extra big in thickness so I was unable to attach it to the bed frame so I just put it against the wall and it still looks great. So I suggest measuring the thickness of your mattress if you want it to fit perfect. Otherwise I love it!

Very beautiful and extremely sturdy.

Very nice fabric. Constructed well and easy to mount to existing bed frame. Only problem is my mattress is thick and cannot fit under the headboard so my mattress sticks out over the box springs at the foot. Kind of a bummer, but the headboard itself is nice.
