Everlast EverGel Weighted Grey Wraps

I have a lot of information to share about this product that I feel will be helpful to anyone looking for a pair of weighted boxing gloves. First and most important is size. These YELLOW and black gloves are MEN'S sizes, although that is not stated anywhere in the description. These gloves also come in PINK and black, those are WOMEN's sizes. I know, in hindsight I see how that color difference should have been ridiculously clear...but I didn't want to make any assumptions. I feel like they should just state those facts in the product description! I originally ordered small size in the pink and my fingers turned blue. Then I ordered the large size in yellow (thinking I was just making a simple color swap) and they are pretty darn big. I can not handle returning these gloves again so I am just keeping them and I put sweat bands around my hands to hold them in place when I work out. Secondly, the weight in these gloves tend to come lose and work their way out during a 60 minute Combat class. This doesn't bother me, I just sewed the pocket shut. Problem solved. But if you are looking to take the weights in and out during a class, this solution may not work for you. Everything else about these gloves is great. If you are looking for a little more of a weight workout in a cardio class, these do a fantastic job.

Love the gloves only downfall is I like keeping my smart watch on when I work out and the waist bands prevent me from doing so.

I sill echo what some others have said. The quality is there, but these gloves run VERY small. I have Regular to slightly large hands. Nothing noteworthy, but even with the weights removed I could barely squeeze my hand into these. I mean barely. I tried wearing them for a few minutes thinking they would loosen up, but my fingers started tingling from lack of blood flow. No way I would ever be able to wear these with the weights. I would "Real" size the XL at a Men's medium, or maybe it's supposed to be an adolescent XL? Good quality gloves. Just know that if you're any larger than a 12YO boy or a petite woman you have no shot at putting these on.

I love these gloves! I finally had to buy a new pair due to the fact I wore mine previous pair in pretty good over the course of 6 years. I like that they can be weighted great for training and give you a little extra workout.

i bought these to use on my punching bag at home. their perfect. I have somewhat small hands and the small/medium fit just fine. work perfect for what i bought them for. i recommend them.

Does the job, but not as much padding in the knuckles as I would have liked

The gloves fit ok but the design of the weight is terrible. It's basically a sandbag on the top of your hand which shuffles/pulls on top of your hand back and forth as you punch on the stretch of the material.Removing the bag makes them more useable, but not as a weighted glove obviously.

They work really well. A little tough to get off, but I really like the fact that you can remove the sand bags and wash them. Also, the sand is low profile so it does not move when you are throwing punches.
