I fixed a blaze orange shirt !
so I bought a shirt online that was pictured as a sort of burnt orange color. when it arrived it was acually a blaze orange that would make most hunting clothes look dull. Wouldnt wear it like that, so I bought dark green dye, mixed it half strength and soaked the shirt for half the time of instructions. when I took it out of the soak it looked like a brick red. OK, I could live with that. After rinsing and drying it, it came out a perfect burnt orange ! Perfect, just what I thought I was going to recieve.

It says it can dye polyester, first by following the instructions - the item was not dyed. Then I soaked it in dye and water for 3 days and nothing happened. I guess it only works on natural fabrics.
