The jar says 50 pair but description says 50 count. Which is it?

Why is no one just saying There’s a 100 in the container instead of 50 pair??

Does anyone use these for sleeping? I am wondering if they are comfortable with multi-hour use, sleeping on the side, do they stay in all night, etc.

These are by far the best of many kinds (8 or 9) I have tried for 9 hours of sleeping on my side. 1 They are easier/quicker to adjust for complete sound block fit. 2 They are more comfortable, less likely to hurt your ear canals. What I'm saying does not apply to all the different kinds of Macks Earplugs. Only to these specific Macks earplugs.

My partner listens to the tv loud enough to hurt my ears, would I still be able to hear it with these? And, no, he won't go get hearing aids. Thanks!

These ear plugs have noise reduction level of 32 decibels. They appear to have the highest noise reduction rating available on the market. There is a change in perception of how it sounds because of how the human ear works, even if the drop in noise is not all that significant. Relatively speaking, a normal conversation, however, is around 60-65 decibels.

How many times can I reuse a pair of these earplugs?

I found out all earplugs including these will wash and dry 'like new' with clothes whether hot or cold wash when a few pairs were hidden in a back pocket after using them around loud equipment (pressure washers) For a day of target shooting we go with using new or newer pairs about 5 times before throwing them in the wash & using them for being around loud machinery (that is not as loud as firearms) since we'd rather the earplugs are intact enough to protect to the specified 33 db NRR off of the 100+ db of firearms for hearing protection.
