I love this baking mat, don't know why I didn't get one sooner. It makes clean up so much easier. A better surface for preparing your dough. I also use it when I am using bread crumbs. It stays in place and cleaning is a breeze.

This mat makes it really easy to roll out pastry so that it doesn't stick to the counter. It is very easy to clean as well. The only reason why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because it is thinner than I would have liked. But it doesn't affect how well it works for rolling pastry.

Easy rolling pastry

I bought this mat to replace one that I mistakenly cut. This one is thicker, stays in place better, and is super easy to clean and dry. It's perfect for pie crusts, rolling out bread dough, you name it.

I used this mat for marshmallow fondant. It a good matt if you don't have granite or marble surfaces for baking. Its large enough to roll a decent amount of dough, and the fondant didn't stick too much to the silicone. I accidentally cut mine with an exact knife, but other than that minor issue, it works well and was worth the money, clean up is really easy but dirt and things stick to it after so I store mine in a zip lock to keep the debris off of it.

I first bought this mat 3 years ago. It was a little thicker in that iteration which is the reason it held up for as long as it did. I recently bought this new edition. I still like it but at what appears to be about half the thickness of the first one, I know it won't last as long. Actual thickness estimate, .003 -.006. (.003 is the average thickness of a human hair).

I usually made bread on my counter top. What a mess with all the flour and the dough stuck to the counter top. I wish I had found this sooner! I love how it stays in place while I am kneading bread. If I am rolling out dough for cookies it doesn't move. The measurements on the baking mat are an extra bonus! Cleaning is a breeze! I just wipe off with a damp cloth! WONDERFUL!
