This is a great system. I can watch wildlife roaming the property at night and keep track of any activity out of the ordinary. The instruction manual could use some work but navigating the system is not that difficult with a little trial and error. PTZ cameras do exactly what they're designed to do, I have 5 PTZ with 1 dome PTZ and 2 stationary cameras. There are some parts of the system I haven't used (network, mobile, PC client) but I did download and share a recording of someone in an accident running over my mailbox with my local police dept. It was very easy with a memory stick. My system came with a 2 TB hard drive, I record all cameras 24/7 and it stores approximately 8 days.

I first bought a different off-brand system which had issues of constantly resetting. This system would have worked out ok other than this pesky watermark that shows up while viewing video streams. Seller acknowledges it is a known issue and first tried blaming the browser plugin and supplied an update for that however the issue persists and it also appears on mobile app and monitor directly connected to the NVR. I am having to bite the bullet and order a top tier brand because these cheaper brands just won't cut it...

I had some issues with connectivity after I had purchased a new cell phone, and my cameras weren't working through superlive. The tech support team was excellent. Very patient, and helpful. They got me through my issues which were caused by my 'computer expert' locally giving me bad information, and got me working again! thanks!

I needed to replace my older/aging DVR 4-channel system and wanted 2 PTZ cameras, night vision, sound and any other bells and whistles that were available at a reasonable price. Onwote nailed everything I wanted and I had been shopping this for several months. I love the ease of with my cell phone app, especially the PTZ features. This is an outstanding product for the price and I highly recommend it!

This is a very nice systems and lot of great comments about it from other buyers really help with making my decision to purchase this item. I also will like to compliment AMY from customer service for her professionalism and knowledge of the cameras .

This is my first use of a "high def" camera system, and it's much better than any of the older types that provide only NTSC video. Beyond the 5Mpixels of the cameras, they provide very good color definition in the light, and very good low light imaging with their built-in IR sources.Motion detection is always tricky, as I try to mask out areas that I don't want to trigger the recording. But a lot of times things like birds or leaves fly across the trigger field, and are recorded. But that's not the NVR's fault.I had one PTZ camera that would not pan past a certain point, as the other one did. I informed the company, and they immediately sent out a replacement. So the customer support is excellent.What I would like to figure out is how to delete certain recordings, or download them to my computer. Haven't figured that out yet, but I will keep searching the docs.
