The TAP Lifting Chains provide a great tool to enhance strength and power. As links increase in a lift added resistance result. At the bottom of the movement the chains will mound on the floor decreasing resistance; as upward movement increases more chain links are raised increasing the amount of resistance. Using TAP Lifting Chains with a TAP Connection Chain (not included) recommended. Sold in pairs with 2” Olympic bar collars, each chain is approximately 60" in length and weighs approximately 12 KG (26.4 lbs/pair).
