It’s universal, theoretically. For kids, turn it upside down to get a better seal. For infants, you will probably need a smaller one.

Will this fit on a 2inch duty belt?

The mask has a open velcro clasp design, I use it on my duty belt for work and so do most of my coworkers i work with. My partner adds a lil ducktape on his to secure it more. I never had an issue and recently had to order another(mine had holes from 7 plus years on my belt).

High quality, better than others.

I've bought a few pocket masks for my emergency medical bag. Most have a barrier device that is sufficient and are cheaper. This actually has a valve system that works much better. The case is also very rugged and much, much better than the cheap plastic cases the other masks come in. I still keep some cheaper masks but I have at least one of these in every bag I carry.

Well built and nice to have a case

I've had this attached to my backpack arm for several months now and it has held well. It is well built and after my CPR certification I enjoyed this style of mask the best. I suggest buyers open their mask up a few times to break it in and repeat it every once in a while as it can be difficult to open the first few times.
