Defective/broken?!
I wanted this to be great but it failed. May be defective unit. The necklace is pretty and heart charm is shiny at first glance. The chain is thin but what expected. Tried to put light from front and can barely see words. Also, there’s a line across the words (scratch inside?!). Tried to project on wall with lights from the back and it’s so blurry. We tried for twenty minutes at different angles and room light. The “scratch” within (?) the bulb is probably not helping. My product might be defective. Let’s hope yours is not.
