Takes time, but worth the price.
I'm ordering a couple more of these only because I keep misplacing the first one during rest periods. Considering the materials, this splint has been very durable. This finger extension splint is very painful, but with extended wear can help elongate the flexor tendon after injury. --Pay close attention to the sizing/measurement chart. Not all of these splints are built the same, e.g., size AA here (the one I use for my pinky finger) may not be the same size as S or XS in other models. I ordered three different styles and sizes, and this one fits me the best at this stage of recovery. After my finger straightens out, I will probably need to change sizes. One downside with this splint (and other like it that use soft, smooth foam material for the pads) is that they wont stay in place on wet or sweaty hands

The best finger splint!!!
I use this finger splint on my middle finger of my right hand after having surgery for trigger finger. It works great!!! Easy to use. I wear it a great deal to straighten and stretch the tendon. Trying to straighten the tendon by pushing down on the finger yourself is painful. This device when set properly is painless. It gradually applies enough force to straighten the finger. I use it on and off all day long as I continually work to regain finger flexibility. This is the 6th surgery I’ve had (on different fingers). Recovery is going to take at least 4 to 6 months. This is the same product I have used each time.

and is exactly what my therapist recommended. But being that it's a 1/4" longer than ...
While I will say this is exactly what I needed versus using a $4 aluminum splint from CVS... the measurements are a tiny bit off of what is advertised. I, "Measured from palmar crease to distal finger crease." specifically on my left pinky finger, did exactly as told to do, and got (give or take 1/16") 2 1/2"; wherein I purchased this size. After receiving the product and reading the packaging/instructions it clearly indicates that AA is 2 1/4" and A is 2 3/4" I'm not at all downplaying how effective this product is, it's miles ahead of what I was using previously, and is exactly what my therapist recommended. But being that it's a 1/4" longer than advertised it doesn't exactly sit in the crease as it should, which causes a tiny bit of discomfort in the distal joint. Just a heads up :) Already, after a day of use, it has dramatically improved my mild pseudo boutonniere deformity to the point where I feel as though I can straighten this finger out. Thumbs up on the product, just be aware that A = 2 3/4" not 2 1/2"

Package never arrived
1 star - Poor customer service on missing package Ordered LMB Spring Finger Extension Splint on May 19, 2026. Package marked delivered May 26 but never arrived at my address. I contacted The Therapy Connection multiple times requesting help. All responses were identical template messages telling me to check my mailbox and contact USPS—despite me already stating I’d done that. They offered no actual solutions. When I asked for a refund, they simply repeated the same boilerplate response instead of helping resolve the issue. No offer to investigate, no replacement option, no real customer service. Amazon’s A-to-Z Guarantee is covering what their support couldn’t: actually helping a customer with a missing package. If you have an issue with them, don’t expect proactive help. Their support team will repeat templates at you until you go directly to Amazon. Post it under the product page for the finger splint. Make sure to also report that seller message—Amazon tracks which sellers are unresponsive, and that’s part of your A-to-Z case documentation.

Great but Overpriced and not Durable
As long as it lasts it’s comfortable and works great, but they’re grossly overpriced, especially since eventually the cushions come off, making them unusable, then you have to repurchase them at the same inflated price.

Had index finger surgery
The reason I gave 3 stars for comfort is because my finger is still swollen and the splint feels tight once in a while. After I exercise the finger the splint seems to loosen up. I am in week 4 and told I should were it 4 months from the Doctor. My surgery was to remove scar tissue which caused my PIP joint to heal wrong ^ My finger is straight now and with this day splint I feel my finger will heal correctly. Love the flexibility I have with every day activities in this splint.

It straightens finger.
It is simple and it works. I jammed my finger in swimming accident. It does what it is suppose to. My finger eventually bends again when I take off, but it is straight sometimes up to an hour after taking off. Too early to tell if I will be cured, but if I don’t it won’t be because of this product. It fits right, is fairly comfortably and straihtens my finger

Not as strong as the one we purchased from the doctor.

Finger flex
Exactly what the Dr recommended. Pulled tendons in my ring finger and this helped.

Fast shipping and exactly as expected
Had difficulty sourcing this splint in the smallest size. After ordering from another company they cancelled due to it being out of stock. (Back ordered several weeks) It was time-sensitive for my recovery so I was happy to find this one. Arrived sooner than expected and works very well.
