Good overall fit for the peculiar shape of the Oklahoma Joe "Longhorn" combination smoker/propane grill. A little loose, a few wrinkles -- not like the perfection of the retail image, but perfectly fine. Hook-and-loop straps on each end are sufficient to secure the cover for windy, stormy days. Fabric is substantial -- not flimsy, not overly thick. It was easy to put this cover on the grill, and easy to take off. Feels like it will be waterproof but not yet tested that way. Besides weatherproofing the grill, the cover closes in everything underneath, which people do not need to see every day. This "Longhorn" combo smoker and grill is large, but it does everything. The Oklahoma Joe website was sold out of their OEM cover . This UNICOOK cover is a good substitute.

I purchased this for my new Oklahoma Joe's Longhorn Combo Grill/Smoker and it fit's great. It's been in use for about three month now and has been doing great. It sits in the sun most of the day and I've not noticed any discoloration what so ever yet. This cover also sits (on the patio) where it can get rained on if the wind is blowing right and gets two yard sprinkler cycles per day that hit the lower porting of the cover. I've check for leaks in these situations but it keeps the water out as desired. I've not noticed one drop on the smoker/grill at all. I've also not had a singe issue with wind, including in thunder storms. The Velcro straps around the lower part have held the cover in place with no problems at all. One thing to note that could use a design change and you'll want to be aware of. The Velcro straps have the abrasive loop side of the strap on the outside. If you don't match the straps end to end where each strap connected to the sewn in connection of the other strap, you'll begin to see pilling from the abrasiveness of the loop strap rubbing on the cover when it moves due to wind. It looks like eventually this could make a hole in the material which is not desired of course. This could be easily remedied if the manufacturer simply sewed the straps in reverse, leaving the soft side of the Velcro facing the cover material. Until and if that ever occurs, make sure you match the end of the inside strap to the sewn connection end of the outer strap and you won't have any issues. Overall so far this has been a great cover!

I had purchased the manufacturer’s cover for my grill when I first set it up. As others have reported it almost immediately faded to gray, which was not a big deal, but over time it became stiff and brittle and began tearing at the edges. When I could no longer keep it in service with patches I ordered this cover. It’s been on the grill for nine months now and looks and feels like it did the day I got it, coal black and very supple for such a heavy fabric. I’m very pleased with the quality and the fit, and I particularly like the side Velcro pieces that have held the cover securely in place through 70+ mph winds (I had added tarp clamps to the old cover so I could get on my hands and knees to attach a bungee under the grill). So let’s see: it’s less expensive, I think a bit lighter in weight, but much better quality material, and easy to secure on the grill. I know where I’m going to look when this one wears out.

I've purchased 3 of these over the years. The first two lasted about 3 years each, which I think is pretty good when exposed to the elements full time. The weak spot has been some sharp corners on the grill itself that eventually wear through. The most recent version (March 2025) is noticeably thinner than previous ones, so will see how well it holds up. I find it fits well, is easy to put on and take off, and stays in place even in high winds.

This is my second cover. First one lasted 5 years in the Michigan weather. Love the cover.

Great fit and great quality

This is my second cover. I purchased the first one about 3–4 years ago, and it held up remarkably well through storms, rain, and ice. Eventually, a large tear developed, so it was time to replace it. Overall, I highly recommend this product.

It's a great cover. It would have lasted longer if a big tree branch did fall on it and had torn it up a bit, but lasted a couple more years.
