This latest order is just a stock replacement. It replaces an identical item which is now installed. Care has to be exercised on installation, and the cartridge firmly put in place, otherwise a 'lid not fully closed' message is sent.Print quality when installed is first class.

Found the little attachments that protect during shipping to be difficult to know what to take off, instead of matching the grey housing they should be orange or something. There's also a little grey plug on the side where they fill the toner that looks like it needs to come off as part of all the other protective bits, but DON'T lest you get toxic toner everywhere.I found it also didn't really drop into place the way a genuine one does, you have to work it in coaxing it to seat properly but once it does you're good.

Original toner cartridge didn’t work but I’d already been contacted by the company to let me know that there may be an issue with the chip on the cartridge. They immediately offered me a replacement cartridge and sent out asap. The replacement cartridge was recognised instantly and print quality looks great. I have only been using the cartridge for a week or socan’t speak to its longevity however so far so good!

Purchased for my HP printer, works fine. I’ve also purchased another 2 for family members and they also work great. I like to keep another in stock as I often print many pages for family history collection

This product was supposed to be compatible with the HP printer. It was not.update: nine months later the company sent me an email asking me to reconsider my review, saying that if I cleaned the chip it would work. Fortunately I still had the item as they are so hard to recycle. I cleaned the chip, and it still didn't work. I then googled and found a video showing how to take the old chip out of the previous (working but empty) cartridge and swap it and I would recommend this to anyone having this problem. It now works.

Happy with the quality of the print, and the value was great. Had trouble getting it to work at the start; after comparing with the original cartridge I could see that the new chip was rotated the wrong way around. Got removal / replacement instructions on YT and everything is quickly working perfectly.

To cut a story short -it was the case when everything was as promised. Was very apprehensive due to bitter experience with "compatable" but decided to take a risk.Recently I bought HP Laser Jet Pro MFP M28w ,with invitation cartridge,almost mt.When it gave a signal "low" I decided to give a try with this company. Bought one first time for a field test.Works as it should.Print is better than when I used original one ,which I already mentioned was almost mt. If it will go on and on till will be mt then I stick to this company for a long time cause my job involves printing of the delivery notes and relevant paperwork.Will make update later on how it's getting on.

Its not clear that this toner cartridge does not have a chip and if you put it in the printer you cannot print. I needed to take off the chip from a previous toner cartridge and use it. Would prefer the chip on the toner cartridge to save the hassle and people who don't realise about it not printing without a chip would be returning this product as they would not be sure how to use it.
