I like it--cute, useful, reasonably priced
I selected this case carefully because it supposedly had the auto sleep/wake feature, which others seemed to think was a valuable feature. Well, it doesn't, but I've decided that isn't a problem. (Though I knocked a star off because I believe items should arrive as advertised.)The power button has a neat little cutout on the back, so you don't have to take it out of the case to turn it off and on. That's all I really need. And the design is cute enough. I should note that after almost a year of daily use--in and out of various purses, pockets and backpacks, it has faded considerably. Personally, I like the worn look, and it has remained otherwise solid--no loose stitching or threads, and it still snaps firmly shut. The fabric feels comfortable in my hands, and the stand on the back works well. (Though I never use it and don't know why it's necessary.)Overall--a nice purchase a very nice price.

Cute and does the job
I got this at a bargain price of $5.99 and it does the job of protecting my Kindle and it’s nice to hand the stand included. It’s thicker than other cases but I just had to replace my slimline version because the cheap plastic around the magnets broke. This fabric version of a protector definitely has quality structure. Only thing that it doesn’t do is act as a ‘smart’ cover.

High-quality and functional case for very reasonable price
I like owls, but the design on the fabric of the case isn't its largest selling point for me. What I appreciate is this case's functionality and quality of materials. The Kindle Voyage fits very securely in this case by way of a leather-like material at the top which is also on the bottom, but with a bit of black stretchy material. What I like about this mode of securing the Kindle in place is that much of the bezel is open and visible, especially the areas you press that turn the pages. The blackness of the device blends seamlessly with the materials on the top and bottom that are keeping it in place. I also like the fact that the case does not support the sleep/wake feature. I use my Kindle Voyage in bed and often keep it on the bed during the night, so I don't want it moving around and inadvertently turning it on. I prefer just turning the Kindle on and off myself, and there is a cut out exactly where the power button is on the Kindle. This case is very sturdy and book-like, which I also appreciate. There is a flap with a clasp to close the case, and you can also use this clasp when you bend back the cover to keep the screen exposed but converted to one hand holding mode. This position comes in handy for using the included pull away prop stand in the back... if you like to read hands-free with your Kindle in vertical position- like if you're eating lunch at a table. My only complaint is a wish for some other fabric options, as this is the only design available. The price of this quality Kindle cover is so reasonable that it's no wonder its gotten so many favorable reviews.

Best General Purpose Kindle Voyager Case
Kindle Cases are very personal items. However, it appears there are two major branches. Many people like very slim, light, cases that offer minimal protection. Other people who have large hands and fingers, or who tend to take there Kindles into harsh places (or just drop them allot), need a larger, more protective case. This case provides fair protection from drops and banging about, but will not protect against rain or spills. With the flap folded back, I can slip my large fingers into the slot between the flaps, and easily hold the Kindle securely. With my thumb, I can quickly hit the page forward or back side mounted buttons, so I can operate and hold the Kindle Voyager with the same hand. This leaves my other hand free to jot notes, shovel food into my face, use light tools with my other hand, or whatever. I like the canvas cloth cover, since it does not slip in my grip, like smooth plastic covers do. Also, the built in stand works OK when you need to prop the Kindle up, and use both hands for work with heavy tools , while following the displayed directions. I am not a stylish person, but I think the pink Owls are cute - and I don't care what the other mechanics say. However, It has been awhile since this case hit the market - and perhaps other canvas cloth colors / patterns may be available now.

While the case looks nice and the stand works
While the case looks nice and the stand works, the description stays it has a smart wake/sleep. I have the new Kindle 2014 and this function does not work. I'm returning it, as there are cases with stands where the smart wake/sleep actually works.

Love it!
I absolutely adore this case. I purchased it for my Kindle Voyage. The canvas-like material is very durable and the owl pattern is adorable. It does not have a sleep/ wake feature, but my Kindle is password protected, so I have no problem taking the extra step of pressing the power button, it literally takes a second. Most of the cases I had with that feature malfunctioned, and/or would drain my battery! I had to purchase cases constantly.. The power button for the Voyage is on the back and this case is designed to access it quickly. The stand is great. Was delivered quickly. Very happy with my purchase and I plan on buying a few more as gifts. Love, love, love it!

Perfect for the price!
I love this case. I don't take my kindle paperwhite in and out of it, so I can't speak to the longevity or wear with this case, but it doesn't absolutely everything I need it to do. It props the kindle up, is thin enough to fold back when holding, is light enough to hold, it's cute, and my kindle feels secure and padded in the case. If you're on the fence between this and one of the official kindle cases for $60, start here first. I have no regrets.*EDIT October 4, 2016: Still using this Kindle cover. It's fantastic, and two years makes this even more worth the money in my book. Print still looks nice, stitching is holding up nicely.

I love my Thankscase Canvas Fabric Cover
I love my Thankscase Canvas Fabric Cover, when I look at the case and see the cute owls they brighten up my day. My granddaughter loves owls, every time I pick up the case I think of her. The quality is great and having the stand makes reading a whole lot easier if you do not want to hold the e reader. A great product.
