Received sensor and tested before installing and trim gauge only goes to half then back to up position when turning slowly resistance value way off don't buy this is junk very poor quality standards for the money you're paying

Fits well - Big Maintenance Problem
The product fits well however, if you think you are going to do this project on your own, you are wrong. You have to remove multiple pieces of the engine just so you can get at the grommet that’s holding the cords out if you aspire to do a complete reinstall. I thought I could do it but I was wrong. Next time I take my boat in for maintenance, I’ll ask and see if they’ll replace it for me.

Very Poor quality, don't buy
Did not work well at all, if you are going to get one spend the extra $20=30 and get the factory sender. The jobber is very inconsistent and unreliable. Bought a factory product after frustration with this one and it worked perfect.

Grommet not sealed
The rubber grommet is not sealed. Wire moves through grommet. Therefore water can get into transom.
