Received defective piece but Amazon quickly resolved the issue
Received defective piece. The radio can't play songs from USB drives unlike as advertised; the volume control knob is malfunctioning and the entire PCB unit / module holding USB/SD card reader (which is visible from the top) shakes up while inserting and taking out USB drives and SD cards. I DIDN'T AND STILL CAN'T SEE in the amazon site where it has been said that the item is unreturnable! Amazon better correct such unfair policies and remember that Mukesh Ambani is planning to enter into the online market business very soon!! Added on 12.4.19: A correction. On contacting through live chat about a week later, Amazon apologized for the inconvenience and immeditely refunded the cost that I had paid for the item. My faith on Amazon is fully restored now. Thanks Amazon for the great customer service and policies. On the other hand, to my complaint, the seller emailed back asking me to get the item repaired at one of their service center after sending a defective piece at the first place! Cheats! Also the blocking of my attempt to contact the seller intially from the portal could either be due to technical hitch or some unscrupulous action by the seller at their side of the portal.. but not quite sure. In any case, stay away from this unscrupulous seller.

Radio vibrates while charging
I would not recommend anybody to buy this product. Product vibrates while charging and the inbult battery does not charge. I complained Amazon, they replaced the product but replaced item was having the same issue. DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Received an broken one.. Amazon refunded my cash.. Hatsoff customer service... I bought it for my grandma... Just nice nostalgic dial love it... But sad i couldn't use them...

Sound quality is good but never expect good product, because my radio become transister complaint with in two months and spend 500/= to clear the complaint
