Why did you pick this product vs others?:i hesitate to post a review about this product because I want to keep this all to myself. This is the best gluten free pasta out there. The consistency, taste and ability to r heat make this my top pasta choice. If you are GF and miss what pasta used to taste like, try this out. But don't buy too much so there is some left for me.

At first I thought this pasta was expensive given the small size and shape. I cooked the entire box in one go. Enough pasta for many meals over many days!Warning that the pasta clumps together in the fridge and creates tiny flying noodles when trying to separate them the next day! Will try a toss in olive oil before refrigeration next time.

Great texture and taste. Great as a side dish or in soups.

This pasta is excellent and gluten free.

Words can not describe how pleased I am with this gluten free pasta. I’ve used in 2 soups now and the whole family is amazed. It holds up well and doesn’t get mushy even on reheating. Superior product, I’ve had 2 celiac girls for 12 years. I wish I had found this earlier!

This product is a great substitute for gluten pastas in soups.

Its a good product, tastes good, the texture is nice and it can take a bit of overcooking if you like your noodles soft. I only dock a star for the price wich is quite excessive compared to some of the prices offered at local stores in my area wich are almost a third of the cost for this product.Something to keep in mind about this review is i used this product as a pasta with red sauce, not in a soup. So i am not sure how this item holds up when held in soup for long periods.
