We got this for our shower once our 2-year-old started showering with us and needed a non-slip surface. I specifically chose the square version because the size fits our smaller shower really well while still giving him enough room to stand and move around comfortably. The natural rubber material feels much nicer than typical plastic/PVC bath mats, and I like that it’s free from the strong chemical smell most mats have. It does have a light natural rubber scent at first, but we actually liked it and it wasn’t overpowering. The grip is excellent, it stays in place well, and it’s easy to keep clean. We hang it up between uses and it dries quickly. Overall really happy with the quality and feel of it, especially for a product we use daily with our toddler.

I’ve had this rubber bath mat in my guest bathroom for a few months now, and I’ve been really happy with it. One of the main reasons I chose it was because it’s non-toxic and made from natural rubber, which gives me peace of mind—especially for a product that sits in water regularly. It’s been holding up great so far. I make sure to hang it up to dry after guests leave, and I haven’t had any issues with mold or mildew. That said, I do live in a dry climate, which probably helps. The suction cups grip well and keep the mat securely in place, and it feels comfortable underfoot. Overall, it’s been a solid choice, and I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a safe and durable bath mat.

We purchased this mat to avoid plastic. It works great although it would have nice if it were a tad wider. But due to different tub sizes the size is understandable. I have a hernia and was worried about slipping in the shower and now I feel very comfortable because it has good traction. The price is high but it feels of good quality and should last a long time. We've hung it up when not in use and have sent haven't had any issues with mold. Would purchase again.

This compact mat gives adequate coverage. It is just the right size and weight. Because of that it dries quickly and does not fall back into the tub when I hang it to dry. And it is a real champ at sticking to the tub floor. While not the least expensive, combined with the toxic materials NOT in it, is easily one of the best choices.

These bath mats are great. I love that they are rubber (no plastics in a got bath) and the suction power is incredibly strong, which I was surprised about. Easy to clean (hot rinse after the tub and hang over glass shower to dry. They smell weirdly like vanilla but it smells nice TBH (I guess that must be how natural rubber smells?) Docked 1 star only because they're small - I had to buy two to fit the whole bath since baby is walking and standing in it now.

I bought this product end of April because it's suppose to be non-toxic and also for the good reviews. When I received it, it had super strong odor (sweet odor with it too). I let it air out for a week or so. Then I washed it several times with soap and water and let air out. I even let it sit in a tub of water with soap a few times. It still had that strong odor with a vanilla smell to it. We can't even use it because of the strong smell. So very disappointed in the product.

Currently (as of 14 Aug 2015) Amazon.com lists this bathmat's dimensions as 27.1" x 12.6", however upon receipt and measuring the bathmat, it's approximately 22 & 1/16" x 12 & 3/4", approximately the size of our dinner mat at the table. The mat is definitely natural rubber, for those looking for something less toxic for their kids but this is way too small for a standard bathtub. We would need (2) of these to keep our baby safe from slipping. At $27.12 each, we can find one mat that fits and is also safe for much less than $54+ for two. It does stick in the tub if your tub isn't textured. If only this was bigger, we'd love it and keep it. I took away 1 star for the incorrect listing, and another star for only being refunded the cost of the item and not the shipping. This purchase was through BabyEarth (an Amazon Seller). They were very cooperative and tried to offer suggestions for other products to exchange, so I'd recommend them, but we didn't think it was fair to be docked shipping for receiving something different than what was listed. Not our fault someone entered the wrong info. If you zoom into the provided picture, or look at this product elsewhere, you'll see that the package states the product is 21.6" x 12.6" (Size Small), not sure why they don't have a size medium or large if they went out of their way to identify that. I'm guessing BabyEarth probably didn't have it, however I don't see MED or LRG available anywhere online either.

Bought the natural rubber one and have been using it for well over a year. It was pretty pricey but I’ve been satisfied with it. It doesn’t give off any icky chemical odors, the color is pretty, it has good suction and comes off easily, and has not molded (I just pop it off, shake off water, and hang it over the edge of the tub to dry) or stained our tub. The size is sufficient for our tub although if they had offered this color in the big size, I would have gotten that one instead. Update: It eventually molds despite taking very good care of it. Mold also does not clean off. In looking at other people’s reviews, may just need to expect to toss this out every year or so when it molds. Unsure about rebuying as it is pricey.

Exactly what I expected, small bathmat, fits well in our bath where the drain plug is in the middle of the bath.
