Great resistance band, even survived 9 months of travelling and really helped with quick workout when needed, this is a strong band though and is Hard workout, the length is generally small

Bought this as a present for the wife to start back some type of activity, she loves it, I have used it too and it is perfect for easy at home use.She can start working on a few exercises herself to build confidence and then maintain her level comfortably, great product very happy with it.

Really sturdy item - I've used the purple band many times to perform assisted pullups, and it hasn't had any faults. It's perfect for workouts at home or for bringing to the gym.

I’m going to give this a 5 star because I’m sure it will suit a body builder and will do what it doesn’t say on the box!The title listing says “bands” and shows different colours and a range of different resistances. I received 1 band, with no instructions on how to use it.As a complete novice this should be made clear on the listing. I “assumed” it was different colours for different resistance and it was a pack.This band is for expert use, a body builder perhaps! Not a senior, who wants to build muscle and tone.So please rowd listing carefully.

Good quality band.

I’ve been using this for a couple weeks now to stretch my shoulders and arms before workouts and it has made a world of difference to my shoulders. I’m always terrified these things will snap and crack me in the face but it’s thick and good quality. Versatile in its uses and easy to just chuck in my bag. Doesn’t have that chemical smell that many have either.

Not as strong as I expected but they are ok and seem good quality.

Great way to get your pull up down. Have been struggling with it along time. This is a good way to scale it down

Really great quality for such a low price! I bought a couple of these to help with hip strengthening in a marathon build and they have been fantastic. It’s amazing how strong the bands go up to. You could actually use these as a full strength training session if you wanted!
