When not used and I use only fresh vegetables, the decline in flavor is noticed. A good idea is to use fresh, frozen, and this one. A happy 😊 combination . 2. ** Aroma is right there. The fragrance fills the kitchen for days. 😊 3. *** Texture. In package, it looks powdery. It’s dehydrated! Water is removed through their dehydration process. The dehydration is complete. More complete than other dehydrated things I’ve used. When re-hydrated, it’s quite well restored to normal vegetable bits. Not chewy but as chewy as a normal vegetable, however small vegetable bit. 😊 4. ****💰 I see it as a good buy. But that’s just me 🚶‍♂️. It adds to eating, aroma and texture.🙋‍♂️ But, you say, I don’t see a lot for the price. Answer: Correct, it’s dehydrated, it will look and act like a lot, when subsequently, it be rehydrated. 😊 5. *****✌️This is my second purchase Nothings ever works if you don’t try . 🎳 Jim 🚶‍♂️ This part is new: I went to sprinkle granola on my yogurt and accidentally sprinkled this vegetable mix instead. Surprised 😮 What I discovered is that this mix reconstituted very fast. Tastes better than when it’s boiled in stew style. The flavor without stewing is increased. Since the yoghurt incident, I’ve tried reconstituting it with room temperature water for half hour. It worked great and became a snacking option. Try it. 💪 Jim Czachor

Easy to use. Good quality. Good flavor. Good ingredients. Good shelf life. Drastically reduces time and energy spent food-prepping. Use a little or a lot and use in just about anything.

The contents contain a lot of dust, but still have larger chunks. Unsuitable for tossing in to cook on a stove top with pasta. However if I rehydrate it separately into a paste, add some butter and spices? It makes an extremely tasty paste that can be mixed into cooked pasta. Will definitely buy again.

These are perfect for ramen but they also go well And chicken noodle soup and tuna salad if you let it sit long enough for the vegetables to soften. Goes great in a meatloaf and even sprinkled on a pizza. I find this to be an extremely useful product Then if you had a bag of this and enough ramen you could probably survive a long time with a fair amount of nutrition. It's a nice blend although I Prefer a vegetable blend that includes a sizable ratio of tomato.

I enjoy using this brand of dehydrated veggies, especially for soups and stews. Fresh vegetables are wonderful but they spoil quickly for me and that’s expensive. The big bag size is just right for my canister. They’re a lovely mix of different types of vegetables and herbs that work well for any savory dish. It’s definitely worth the money to me to have dehydrated veggies on hand for any dish, any time.

Yeah baby a 2 lb bag of instant soup veggies, just add a teaspoon of these to your ramen and watch your head explode.

The dried vegetables were decent and small enough to rehydrate in a typical amount of time. Flavor for the proper vegetables was fine and as expected, but the parsley was too strong. My other issue with the parsley is the amount. There was way too much and it was very finely ground. When I first saw the bag I thought there was a collection of dirt and dust in the bag. When you add it to hot water, the water immediately turns dark greenish gray, not very appetizing. I think this product would be much better without any parsley at all. Herbs are easy to add and fine tuning them to individual tastes is simple.

This works great as an additives to homemade soup. Just a little extra flavor. This is my 3rd purchase so you know I am pleased with this product and company
