I'm not sure why people intentionally give false answers on this website... Sorry, I mean, I don't understand why they waste their time by posting flat-out LIES in their bad answers.. but the battery is a button-cell AG10 battery (LR1130 equivalent), it is included in the product details in the product description on this listing.

Are there brightness controls, is there a blue lite version & is display always on?

This is a very simple, standard clock and the only control is to set the time, which is always on. The good feature is the holder that the clock slides in to. It also has a very small pull-out stand at the top, for it to sit on a desk without the holder.

Iorder the small clock for our car and it said next day delived but it's been days and no prim delivery WHY

Mine arrived very quickly - so I would check to see if there is a screw up.

Will this clock display Military time?

This clock is junk... my liquid crystal washed out and broke after two months. I suggest you the BELL Automotive clock. Better made and easier to program either time format. Good luck !
