Edit: Besides water, this is still my family’s go to for hydration! We have always split one packet between 2 16.9 oz water bottles because we find the flavor/taste is balanced great that way. Which works in our favor because we go through the box slower. We use1 whole packet when we fill a 28 ounce shaker bottle. And it tastes refreshing when chilled! I’ve been buying 2-3 boxes a year, but only when they are on sale. Definitely recommend purchasing when you can clip any coupons available for a lower price deal! —————— I purchased these for my husband, who is a truck driver. These packets are very convenient for him to take to work and make himself pedialyte drinks on the go. Especially in the hot summer months! We also use these when doing long road trips or anytime we do yard work. Perfect to stay hydrated when you get sick and the flavors taste good. Definitely will be buying the large pack again, as it is cheaper than buying the smaller ones individually.

Hubby and I have been using Pedalyte for over a year now everyday about 1/2 cup and more when we are exerting more energy. Good for replenishing electrolytes. BUT this has become VERY EXPENSIVE. The 4 flavored Box isn't available very often so we gave these a try. The Blue is good, just a bit sweet and the Strawberry is very artificial and tastes more watermellon than strawberry. I won't buy this group again.

I deplete potassium quite fast especially when exercising because I sweat so heavily. There’s work great for avoiding and stopping cramps and re hydrating myself
