I love this knife!
This is exactly what I wanted and expected. I like the cover and the sharp blade. It’s nice for carrying inside your boots for protection.

Sturdy. Good battle ready replica. No regrets
I'm a very picky knife owner/collector. That being said, I was over joyed upon opening and handling this kabar replica. It's battle ready, it's spot on, it's a looker and a preformer. It's a lot of knive for the price. The sheath could use 3 rivets in the trouble areas. But that is easily modded if necessary. Depends on how rough you are with it. But none the less, knife will take a lot of abuse and still be able to get the job done.

Value for money
This knife looks very similar to the original Ka-bar, even stamped with "USMC" on the blade close to the guard. The noticeable difference is the handle is thicker than the Ka-bar and therefore will not fit in a ka-bar sheath. The sheath on this knife also is not made as durable as the original. The pommel seems to be screwed to the rat tail tang, while the original ka-bar has a pin through the pommel attaching it to the tang. All in all, not a bad knife, it has a wicked sharp edge and sits well in the hand, and looks like the real deal.

Looks & feels great
Haven't used it for anything yet but it feels solid and looks great. The leather sheath is nice as well.

Poor quality copy
Great for pretending to own a kabar. Blade metal is light weight and chips super easy. Has engraved China on it. Handle is not real leather stack. Not kabar quality nor price. So there you go. Get what you pay for.

Not a REAL K-Bar, But a Decent Replica!
First off, I knew for the price that this wouldn't be a real USMC K-Bar. And, to the manufacturer's credit, they don't call it one, either. It's a "USMC Combat Fighter Knife." Ha! Genuine USMC K-Bar prices are in the $80-100 range, when you get the real deal. That being said, I don't know HOW in the world a replica K-Bar that was manufactured in CHINA gets a seal of approval/official license from the U.S. Marine Corps. Has my Corps changed this much? Ouch. Glad I still have the real version. All that aside, the actual product isn't bad for the price. The blade needs sharpening, but the leather handle's "blood grooves" and leather sheathe are actually not bad at all. It's a nice knife for under 30 bucks. Balance is pretty good. Don't get me wrong; you'll be highly unlikely to take this into the field and expect much from it. I doubt it'd last under any kind of duress. So, treat it for what it is: A prop. No more...no less.I actually do like it, in that sense. Not happy about the China thing, but what ISN'T made there, these days. Oy.
