Barrys Tea Decaf

Barry’s decaf is a favorite. Clean, bright flavor without tea leaf dust. Quite strong. I learned to drink strong tea from my Irish grandparents, and just one or two Barry’s teabags are more than enough to brew a pot full! The teabags arrived in fine condition, but the Barry’s box arrived crushed, as have other product packages from Amazon recently. Different items, sent to totally different addresses in different states, (some gifts) so it’s a packing issue, not a local handling problem.

Great decaffeinated tea, it’s very strong almost like a caffeinated tea.

This decaf tea is really nice. If you are someone who thinks decaf isn't nearly as nice as regular tea, give this one a try!

Nice bold breakfast tea. Reasonable and strong yet decaf!!! It’s nice to have a cup after supper and not worry about sleeping.

I've been on a hunt for a nice strong tasting cup of decaf. I tried Barry's after reading a bunch of reviews and looking into and trying several brands. I may have had too high of hopes, I don't know, but it didn't quite hit the spot. It wasn't bad though, and I will finish box, but I most likely will not be recording. I debated on 3 or 4 stars but 3 doesn't seem fair, as I said it wasn't bad..just not what I'm looking for. So far, harney and sons decaf Assam has been the best I've found, it's only loose leaf though, I like having both options.

Delicious hearty black tea! Holds up to milk and sugar and a great substitute if you like a strong black tea without the caffeine!

Box looks old - with a lot of tea powder between the box and the outer cellophane wrap. And use by date isn't good.Just found out that it's not returnable / refundable and it's going in the trash. Kind of sad, as I've enjoyed Barry's tea in the past and it's unfortunate that either the manufacturer or whoever runs the Barry's tea store on Amazon is unreliable.
