At first, I wondered how it was going to stay in place on the floor because it stuck to my shoes and did not appear to have a good way to stick to the floor. I just did not see the outer film (both sides) right away, but once that was removed, it stayed in place alright. I also for some reason did not realize there would be multiple in the pack I ordered, which makes me feel better about spending so much money!I only just got mine and set it down today, but I’m really excited and hope it helps keep my floors clean, which will help my allergies and also with tracking in germs and viruses and such to keep my cat and myself healthy and happy :) I moved my Muddy Mat just outside the door and have this just inside. I also have a amount for removing snow and such outside because I live in Michigan. So I will have a three step process to get in my apartment and I feel like once things get going it’ll be really good! Inspired by other pet owners in the reviews, I might try it by the litter box as well. I currently have another muddy mat over there, but we’ll see!

Great item, easy to use and dispose of and allows you to keep the dirt and debris down. I ordered this item for multiple renovations in our house and it has helped tremendously with keeping the hallways and floors cleaner. Good price, sheets are pretty durable and the adhesive will lift the pad up off the floor the first couple of time you step on it after you take a layer off.

It has worked well to keep construction dust to a minimum, but they slide around a lot.

Theses sticky mats are used in a high traffic area to ensure lead and gun powder isn't tracked out of the area. We go through roughly one mat a day at our location and it holds up to busy foot traffic. We can easily tell when they aren't being used or have filled up by the increas of foot prints leading from the exit. These mats easily pull up (from one another) to get to the new mat. The number on the corner is helpful so we know when we are going to run out. We did have issues with these sticking to the floor, but after a good cleaning prior to setting, they stick just fine. The floor must be clean and dry.

I got these to reduce the dirt/dust that comes off of the doggos feet when they come in the doggie door. It does drastically reduce (not eliminate) the amount of dust/dirt on the floor BUT peeling a new sheet is a PAIN! They don’t stick to the floor very well at all & I made sure it was completely clean before laying it down.

We have a room that is by our back door, directly from the backyard, where all of the pet and human traffic move through the house and drag in all kinds of things - leaves, mulch, grass, dirt, cats dragging litter from the back room, etc. These mats are awesome. With all of the foot traffic and paw traffic, these mats catch 70% of the stuff that would otherwise be dragged through the house. We have them stuck down to tile and they stay stuck. I do pull them up every time we mop, so the back has gotten some debris on it which makes it not stick as well, but we are still super happy with them. We can go 1-2 weeks without removing the layer to reveal a new one. They are VERY sticky, so be aware that when you peel off a layer, if you are in your bare feet, it acts as a human glue trap and you'll probably take the mat right with you. But it is nice when coming in from outside (our backyard is dusty) because it pulls the dirt right off of your shoes. Also, plus side, our cats have to walk across it after they use the litter boxes, and while they don't appreciate the feeling of it, it catches any residual litter that the cats might drag along with them.

Not easy to use. You must stick the pad directly to the floor or have your own base. Doesn’t stick well to floor or base.
