Electro-Voice ZLX-15BT 15" 1000W Bluetooth Powered Loudspeaker

So far it seems to be exactly what I needed for. Perfect for making my Evolve 30 m louder and having more projection. Not too heavy for its size. It is a large speaker cab , but I guess all 15,s are. Great value right now because EV has some new to replace it.

I’ve had Ion block rockers and other Bluetooth speakers but wanted something more substantial to whip out on bbq’s and get together at home. I could not be more satisfied, especially if you pair it with a tripod. (My dogs pee on everything.) One of my managers bought one for our warehouse and the thing just pumps it out with minimal clipping, even at max volume. I figured it would do the trick in my backyard. Quite overkill actually but sound quality is excellent and the bass pumps through your chest pretty good. Only draw back is BT range is minimal, maybe 6 -8 ft at best before it starts to break up. Otherwise, a true powerhouse of a speaker if you are looking for something that is between a true dj/pa speaker and a mainstream portable Bluetooth speaker like the Gemini roller or Ion portables.

This speaker is LOUD bass and highs it definitely enough for a backyard party !!!!! Indoors this thing BUMPS ! And for karaoke it’s amazing ! The phone always has to stay within like 10 feet of the speaker for it not to keep breaking up. But that’s not a problem for me

These speakers are absolutely amazing!!! They sound crystal clear, and when they are set up right, they will shake your house! Bluetooth setup is a couple steps, but flawless re-connection every single time. The first one was so jaw-dropping, we decided we needed two! Easy to daisy-chain with the right wire. High quality build so they are a tad heavy, although relatively lightweight for their size I guess.

I first got the 12" Version of this speaker and felt it was lacking some bass to my liking..This is a very nice speaker for the money with a ton of headroom and very good sound..Its loud.....I don't think you will be disappointed if you buy this speaker..

Bluetooth range kinda sucks and very easily scratched but besides that great speaker for the money beautiful sound quality
