My wife and I have been using this steam cleaner for at least six months now with no issues.Make jewelry look sparkling new.Easy to use.I bought with locking forceps to hold items while cleaning. You will need such a devise if you value your fingers.

I get a lot of used gold and silver and this steamer made them look display ready. Diamonds sparkled and gold and silver had a great shine. Also cleaned my loose diamonds as well. Great product!

I am a firm believer- if you are going to wear diamonds, they must be clean & shiny. I have diamond earrings, tennis bracelets & tennis necklace etc. I clean them every day after I remove my jewelry. I was looking for a steamer to clean my jewelry and this is perfect. It’s about the size of a single cup Keurik. This steamer comes with a measuring cup so you don’t over fill the water reservoir. It has an on and off button. The ready button is on the top and once the blue light comes on, you’re ready to start steaming your jewelry. You can set it for continuous cleaning or you can do spurts of steaming. Seems well built. If you want your diamonds to shine then I recommend this steamer. The one thing I don’t know is how long this product will last. Hopefully I won’t be needing a new one for a few yrs.

Given this machine costs a fraction of what a similar machine used by jewelers, it does a decent job. Steam is strong and hot, heats up in 5 minutes, and is easy to operate.DESIGN SUGGESTION: Add a window or fill level indicator so you know how much water is in the tank. I don’t like dumping and wasting left over water. Have over filled it once and water came bubbling over the top.My rings sparkle and look very good each time I use it and I use it almost every day.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve purchased a few jewelry cleaner machines and have had to return all of them because they jiggle the jewelry which could cause prongs to come loose and overall yield no results. Items still looked dirty.I took a chance on this little steamer unit, bought the used option on Amazon and also bought ribber tipped stemostat scissors. The machine does come with tweezers, but I just found it easier to hold items with $7 stemostats.The bad reviews of this steamer do not seem accurate. I have not noticed any fire hazard, and I have not found another steamer on Amazon for this price range. It’s super easy to use and very safe as long as you don’t touch anything while it is hot, which is just using common sense. No leaks and no issues.The steamer is compact enough to put on a counter without taking up a ton of space.I appreciate the advice from reviews about using distilled water. I will look into that. Overall, this is a definite must have machine, and a MUST HAVE for life. I appreciate the makers of this machine.

I wanted to get a jewelry cleaner that would be almost on par with the jewelry store. It does not disappoint. Steam is hot and my diamond wedding band sparkles. Great purchase. Definitely do NOTrecommended. Stopped working after 2 uses. Past the window of return so I am stuck!

This little machine is a beast! Completely worth the money. It builds pressure and when you push the front button down the steam pours out of the nozzle. They have a handy place on the back to store the tweezers that hold the jewelry. I actually have a pair of hemostats that I use because it snaps down to hold the jewelry verses me having to squeeze the tweezers together in the jewelry piece. It is HOT do NOT put fingers by the steam it is scorching hot. Don't leave this OUT where little fingers can push buttons. The steams forces out the built up pressure. And then needs a few seconds to build up more for a second time. The button allows for it to be pushed forward for constant steam or blasts of steam by just pushing down briefly. I love this so MUCH I bought my Mom one too! It beats having to stop and get jewelry cleaned all the time. A side note...use distilled water to prevent calcium build up in the tank. But if your looking for a way to make your diamond rings or jewlery shine...look NO more, this is gem!

My wife wanted this for her jewelry. The only problem is that she is not strong enough to press the button down to release the steam. I have to do it for her and it is indeed difficult to operate. It is a two person operation for us.
