Works as expected with ESP32 and GxEPD2
This is not as simple or easy to use as an OLED display like SSD1306. If you just want a simple screen which is dead simple to use with basic libraries, the SSD1306 displays are way, way easier to use. These e-ink displays do not have the ability to refresh quickly, they will flicker when changing data. They are really good for static information, like price tags or weather data, and they are especially good in low-power scenarios.I used Arduino IDE and the GxEPD2 library to get this running with an ESP32. I used the second 3-color entry, 154_Z90c, and it performs as expected. Lighting is decent and reds are strong and clear.

acceptable e-ink module
This product is a bare e-ink display module. It comes in just the module and the connection cable, nothing more nor less. I don't like it doesn't come with any short/long/simple printed documentation or manual. So customer needs to research the code or testing procedure online instead.E-Ink display is good for its low power consumption and great for static information or "rarely" change/update. It uses simple SPI interface which is easily worked out with Arduino or Raspberry Pi/Pico etc. It will be great if it offers more documentation or tutorial to those beginner customers.
