Great for side sleepers
I like the narrower size so I can actually cuddle in bed with a partner and not have excess pillow just getting in the way and making her have to sleep further away so the pillow fits on the bed. I also really like that the wedge section detaches from the rectangle section so I can have it tucked under my armpit and my shoulder and arm can fit in the gap between the wedge and the rectangle to not be putting so much pressure on my shoulder while sleeping on my side. The face down position is definitely better than a regular pillow but the space for the chin could be better. I have a more protruding chin that doesn't quite fit in the hole comfortably and puts a lot of pressure on my jaw when remove the insert to use it to lay facedown. But for a side sleeper this is great, although it does still need an additional firm pillow since the rectangle isn't tall enough to provide good neck support on it's own when side sleeping.

Way too small
I bought this for my husband who just had emergency retina detachment surgery and needs to be face down for a week. We had no time to plan ahead and purchased this out of desperation and needing it ASAP. It was delivered the next day. However, the pillow itself is smaller than expected. The hole for your face is extremely small and puts pressure on the eyes and is very uncomfortable, especially after eye surgery. No air circulation, so breathing into this on a mattress was awful. The slots on the side that they show to put your hands are so small that this whole pillow seems like it was designed for a child. We immediately returned it. I do not recommend this at all and suggest that if you are looking for a pillow for the same reasons we did, to look into the massage chair type ones (specifically the one that converts to between mattress, on a table and in your lap) or the U shaped neck pillows work better than this for a quarter of the price.

Good concept, not perfect fit for even small head
I tried this pillow post my 2nd Vitrectomy when I needed to be face down for 3 weeks. I tried it a couple times on both a bed surface and on a massage table surface. I could not adjust to the density of the pillow in order to be able to use it. It has some good points though and may work for you.Pros1. Combination of both the wedge and the face support. The wedge is a needed to create lift, support the shoulders which takes weight off the chin and head2. Width of eye space -- was the most I found with any product I tried and the 7+ inches was nice especially since with Vitrectomy, you are wearing an eye shield which compresses the eye with any pressureCons1. The Standard size is too small for even my size S head. If you try this product, go with the Queen size to get even the small amount of extra length for the scull. The standard compressed my chin so much my upper teeth were cutting into my lower gums.2. Have you ever read, The Princess and the Pea? Childrens book? The princess is the one who can feel the pea even through a dozen mattresses. Well, the foam in this product is just too dense for comfort. I think it might work if they added a memory foam layer on top of the existing product, or you could fashion a slight layer of cushion.3. I am reasonably short, 5'3"; and I needed to add at least 12" of additional pillow between the wedge and the head support for body support. too much impact on the lower back even with another pillow added under the hips without having a longer runway between the wedge and the pillow.4. If Prodigy wants to make improvements to better support Vitrectomy and other eye surgery patients, I am glad to help. This is a MUCH Needed product. I very much appreciate that they tried to provide a product. It does have some great points.

Really Saved Me
This was a very good product for me. It enabled me to lay or sit face down in comfort and without hyper-extending my neck or lower back. It did this by having an area to rest my chin. The "face hole" leaves enough room for bandages around eyes, yet it is not a large area. I have a small face, so I am not sure how well this would work for someone with a larger head. I had also rented a face down chair and headrest, which alone put tremendous strain on my back and neck. I used this Prodigy product in conjunction with that from time to time, and together this was very successful. I would give this four and a half stars if possible. Not perfect, but very, very good.

A Lifesaver!
Due to back and neck injuries, I have a difficult time laying on my back or stomach. This has allowed me to comfortable lay on my stomach, face down, and get a good nap in during the day. Highly recommend for medical modality or as a home massage item.

Not for me
This did not work for me at all. The opening for the face did not fit and it placed pressure very close to my eye, causing pain. On the positive side, it seemed well made. It was light enough to be moved from place to place. Personally, I did not like the smell of the product. It’s possible that it would have diminished over time. If it would’ve fit me well I would probably have kept it and dealt with the smell.

Not recommended -
Unfortunately this thing is not good.- If you need to be face down as I did - here is what happens:-- It smells like chemicals-- It is too soft to be supportive-- It loads up your back because the body is not meant to be propped up in that fashion-- Because it is not supportive your head sinks down and it is difficult to breath-- And what you are breathing has that chemical aroma which probably is not healthy.
