The price and quality are good. The tablets are somewhat large, but easy enough swallow.

I have purchased this supplement for a few years and continue to like using it. I think its a good healthy alternative to help start sleep cycles, while aiding absorption of other vitamins.

Great value they do help with muscle soreness and sleep. They're not easy to swallow. Wish they were smaller. they are tablets. I probably won't buy them again because of that.

The best supplement! When I found out that 1/2 of the population is deficient in magnesium, I made this purchase. I take it as part of my bedtime routing. I can feel the anxiety leaving my body within minutes. I usually have a hard time falling asleep, but since taking at night, I’ve fallen asleep faster and had more restful sleep. I love that I’m supporting my heart health too!

There are a couple different brands available in this MGcannot tell the difference from more costly brands This is my first reorder of this brand afterhaving tried the others. It does the job. Since I've been on Keto for quite while now Ill reduce thedosage from 800 to 400 daily and see how it goes. would I buy it again, yes!one suggestion for the bottler is add a little more cotton as the pills jiggle and have foundsome powder at the bottom in one bottle previously, but not last time... FYI

We do love this product. This type of magnesium can be a bit pricey but well worth it however, their cost is competitive. Our only issue -- they are not coated so there is residual magnesium (powdery) at the bottom of the bottle which gets on the pills. It's really a non issue if you take it with enough water. EXCELLENT product. Just wish they were coated. Thank you - we will purchase again. This type of magnesium has all kinds of health benefits - not just sleep and relaxation.
