Stop waking up during the night!Take 30 minutes before the bed 2000-3000mg of glycine plus 1 capsule of 400mg magnesium oxide, 133mg of chelated magnesium bisglycinate, 1-2 capsules of lemon balm, 5mg lithium orotate, also 2 capsules of 500mg l-ornithine, milk thistle and systemic enzymes optionally. Please read again - no any other magnesium even if others look much better on a paper. You can add magnesium glycinate but it may disrupt your sleep (my experience). Do not take melatonin, it may only work for a week or two. Want the overnight success? - This review is not for you.Taurine? You can try it, I do not recommend. The same with Potassium, 5-HTP.What brands? NOW and Swanson work great, Pure Encapsulations is also okay.Yeah, this is possibly not for everyone.... This is my experience only...
