Hands free, and that's perfect for me. Well made headset.

I deal exclusively on the phone with my clients and I always had it on speaker. Some complained that they couldn't hear me. It was impossible to hold the phone and work on the computer at the same time so I decided to give headphones a try. I am very very happy with the sound quality and no one complains anymore about not being able to hear me. They do tend to bother me after a couple of hours of wearing them but I won't adjust them to not squeeze so much because I am afraid I will break them. So I take a break and then I put them back on and am ready to go again. Sound quality is better than I thought it would be. And by the way, no one bribed me to give them a 5 star rating which on Amazon you have to be careful of.

It truly is plug in and use it. My customers can hear me better than our handset. I also like that I can use the handset or speaker phone without unplugging it. My neck does not hurt at the end of the day trying to hold the phone and type and/or write. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is wired instead of wireless. I could not find a wireless headset that was compatible with my work phone.

We ordered this headset so we could work hands-free with our new phone system. Initially the microphone didn't work. We contacted customer service and they directed us to an adaptor that was perfect. Now, it is so much easier to work because of the efficiancy of being hands-free. Thank you for your help!

this headset, while it may be convenient to have, is also a hinderance. callers are very muffled in the ear speaker. it does not come with a foam pad for the boom, so the noise cancelling for the person on the other end is rather staticky, and full of background noise.the cord is nice and long to accommodate movement around a decent sized desk. it does have a good volume adjustment, but it only distorts and enhances how muffled the person you are talking to becomes.bottom line, look elsewhere. i am returning this, and looking at purchasing something else.

I use this headset extensively on both an iPhone 6S and on my HP laptop for business calls and video conferences. The sound quality is good for voice calls and the microphone cuts background noise very well and callers say it picks up my voice clearly. The audio is not great for music, but that's not really the purpose either. My home office has a window AC that generates too much noise to use a remote mic, so this is a good choice. I've used this device on several of the most common video conferencing applications on both PC and phone and had no problem. It's comfortable enough to wear in meetings lasting several hours. I have a large head, and it fits me well. The mic is not obtrusive and I can rotate it out of the way to sip my coffee.

The headset itself is great. I was concerned though at how it arrived. The only tape keeping it closed was the shipping label and it was all curled up and looked like it had been opened. I would suggest adding some additional tape when shipping!

Sound quality and volume control are perfect. Calls and tele-conferences come through just wonderfully.Comfort, not quite so much. One of the ear cushions keep falling off and the unit is adjustable to make it bigger, but I have a bit of a small head for a large woman. It doesn’t go tighter. The headband sticks up about half an inch above my head. After a while it settles down so I have to put one of the earpieces down below my ear to keep the other earpiece in the right place.Does not block out surrounding sounds at all. Need a full, ear-surrounding earpieces would be needed for that.But it is perfect for what I need. Clear, reliable voice transmission and earpiece reception. Would definitely buy again.
