This book made me remember some dark moments of my life and made me stronger. I first watched the movie and then read the book. As always; the book printed an image in my mind and made me understand more about auto immune responses both scientifically and emotionally. Wonderful book. I have never read a book which so enlightening regarding an ailment. It's absolutely well written. It gives us deep insight about how our brain works in normal vs diseased. It's must read for all dealing with mental illness like psychiatrists and neurologist s. Than to the author for educating us about a rare illness which can be curable.

The product no doubt is correct but the condition is horrible it's torn a little and the books is filled in dust as of your management just took it from the attic and just for name sake delivered

Brain on fire is a well written, engrossing, and at times terrifying account of the author's battle with a rare autoimmune disease.Susannah provides a vivid depiction of her quick descent into madness, the effects of her deteriorating mental( and physical) state on those close to her, and her gradual recovery back into normalcy.The narration is gripping and unsettling ( in a good way), making the book an absolute page turner. The reader is always left with a desire to learn more about the developments in both the author's particular case, as well as the general study of the disease.
