The product picture and description is not correct. This is not a complete step as pictured. I had to order a motor kit for another $560. It is very unfortunate that you have nobody there to check to see if the customer is getting what they are ordering.

A bit of struggle to install, but works well

I have left my initial complaint at the base of this message to add context to my revision from one star to five stars. My experience is as follows:I lodged a complaint via Amazon The seller responded and was unable to assist other than offering me the missing parts at a premium. Beth Baker at Lppert Components coincidentally opened the dialogue, understood my problem, referred me to Caty Hamilton in Lippert Exports who immediately dispatched the missing parts. They arrived at our address halfway around the world within a few days. We have since fitted and tested. The components work perfectly. Well done Beth, Cathy and Lippert components. I will go out of my way in future to source hardware from your company.The five star accolade goes to Lippert Components and not the seller in this instance.Complaint:I purchased the item as per the image. The steps arrived without the wiring, motor and mechanism to extend and retract the steps. The image in the advert shows the steps with the mechanism installed. Below is the wording in the same advert. In my mind this implies that the mechanism is part the package for sale.Supports up to 300 lbs.Heavy-gauge steel and black powder-coat finish for long-lasting durabilitySolid steel drive rods and stainless steel bushingsSealed wiring connectors stand up to the elementsStep automatically stops if it strikes an obstacleThis is not dissimilar to advertising a car that is capable of certain performance but failing to disclose that the engine is not part of the deal. I am assuming that this is what happened because I have lodged a "problem with the order and have not had a reply" I am hoping that there has been a mistake and that this will be rectified. If not I will not be happy and mistrustful of purchasing from Amazon in future. If there is a mistake and the supplier makes good on this. I will update this review accordingly.
