Q: Do these come with wires attached?

No wires attached, you will need to wire into the existing circuit. I cut and reused the wires from the old transformer.

Q: I'm replacing my old mr16 bulbs with equivalent leds. can i use these transformers in the existing loop in, loop out circuit?

Yes there is enough room to connect 2 wires (loop) to power in terminals. Used these to resolve flicker problem in new LED bulbs from old style 12v transformers

Q: One review says there is no earth. can anyone confirm these have no earth? the ones i’m replacing do. thanks.

I have 6 of these installed in my bathroom to replace 6 x 50w halogen bulbs that were there when we moved in. An earth connection is not a requirement in a low voltage environment. As always, if in doubt, seek the advice of a qualified electrician.

There should be information on the adapter i.e. load ( which is 240v in) and supply (12v out)
