What’s a good field flattener for this scope? I plan to primarily use it for AP.

I use the Orion 8894 0.8x Focal Reducer for Refractor Telescopes.

What accessories does this come with?

The 72mm Evostar comes with a 2-inch dual-speed Crayford-style focuser, mounting rings and V-style dovetail plate.

Can soneone please make this simple. what besides the dlsr t ring. what part (# or name) do i need to get the 55 mm back focus?

There would be a simple answer if we knew what you're trying to accomplish with what you currently have. Are you trying to use a focal reducer &/or field flattener? M42 or M48 T-ring and how thick from flange-to-flange? What camera model?

Is camera sony a6000 goes well together with this telescope?

Yes, you can use a DSLR or mirrorless camera on this telescope, if you can remove the lens. You will need some additional equipment. Like a T-ring for your exact camera. A Flattener for this telescope and extension tubes to connect them all together.
