Excellent Replacement Battery
Excellent replacement battery. iPod batteries are difficult to change out without destroying the iPod so be careful. Look for YouTube videos on how to do it. Be very careful opening the case and be especially careful about the ribbon cables. Having the right tools and the right battery is a must.

Barely lasted a month
Got the replacement battery on 8/8/23. Worked great till 9/13/23, Battery will no longer charge, and my ipod no longer turns on. Irony, , I reinstalled the original battery from Apple, 10 years old, to see if the issue was with the ipod. It still turned it on for about 5- 7 minutes. So I know it is not my ipod that is the issue. Was nice while it lasted.
