Q: this is my 2nd, both have worked but a few months uses and the black stoper expands and i can't use it, can i get a new black stopper?

Q: How big is this, in comparison to the adult syringe?

There is no such difference between adults syringe and junior, " juniors syringe is a littlebit smaller than adults it's like 20cl syringe" ( U bought it for myself )

Q: Can this go through a steam sterilizer, like those used for baby bottles?

we have washed ours in the dishwasher with our other bottles.

Q: What is the difference between the silicone tip for junior vs adult/regular?

Not sure about the regular, we used the junior size and worked perfectly for us. I’m in my late 20’s as well
