Q: Where are these made? and are they 100% bpa, pvc, & phthalate free?

Dear Lisa, I do not know the answers to your questions. Made most likely in China, can't even guess the rest. I can tell you, though, my dog doesn't mind the toothbrush. I actually think he enjoys it! I have a 10 lb. Maltese mix. It fits perfectly in his mouth.

Q: Mine turned brown (from the liver toothpaste or mold, can't tell) and I can't seem to clean it. Any suggestions?

I rinse mine in water after each use, then put them in a separate cup with a small amount of dawn dish washing liquid, mix it together, and make sure that the water I put with it completely covers the bristles. I let the brush sit in the dish washing liquid water until I am ready to use it again, then rinse it off thoroughly with water and use it again, making sure to get the dish washing liquid off with my clean hands and rubbing it with my hands under running water first.
