Q: Will this fit an adult xl man?

No it won't. My son uses it and he's 10 years old and he's really slim, and it barely fits.

Q: Is this really too small as the customer review mentions? I have a 9 year old and need it for his therapy, how can I know if it would fit his neck?

It would definitely fit a 9 year old neck. It runs small for adults, but fits most adult necks. I have only had trouble on patient's who have above average neck sizes.

Q: Will this fit my almost 5 year old with a neck circumference of 30cm or will it be to big?

My son has used it for a few years. He's 8 and it's almost too tight now, so it should be fine.

No it will not! It will fit a child's neck only!
